The lodge is situated on the Whakapapa Ski Field, approximately 15 minutes walk up hill from the ‘Top of the Bruce’ ticket area.  This alpine environment sometimes has extreme weather conditions, especially during the winter months when the walk is usually through snow.

Please ensure when travelling to and from the lodge, you have suitable wet weather gear with you at all times.

Your stay is from 4pm on your day of arrival until 4pm on your day of departure.
On a great weather day, amazing views of the mountains Tongariro, Ngauruhoe, Ruapehu & Taranaki can all be seen from the lodge. We wish you an enjoyable stay in our fantastic mountain home.
